As Chief Strategy & Operations Officer, Ralph is responsible for aligning our business long-term strategic vision with disciplined execution across the firm’s investment, luxury retail, hospitality, and real estate businesses. He works across executive leadership to ensure that growth initiatives, operational standards, and organizational capabilities remain aligned with the firm’s long-term objectives.

Working in partnership with the Office of the Chief Investment Officer, he also contributes to Aurora InvestCo’s institutional thought leadership through Aurora InvestCo Insights. Drawing on decades of executive leadership across banking, luxury retail, healthcare, hospitality, and multi-unit operations, his perspectives focus on business strategy, leadership, operational excellence, customer experience, artificial intelligence, and organizational transformation.

Throughout his career, he has led organizations through periods of expansion, operational change, and customer experience transformation even in several difficult economic cycles. His leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that sustainable performance is achieved by aligning people, processes, technology, and culture around a shared strategic vision.

Today, he continues to support our long-term growth by strengthening operational capabilities, developing scalable business systems, and helping position the firm for continued expansion across the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
